WEBSITE:
Be sure to register at www.repca.org. All urgent or important announcements, as well as Board Meeting notifications,

will be sent to emails registered on the site. Additionally, the website offers a wealth of information, such as a calendar

OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

The Board of Directors consists of five, volunteer REPCA homeowners, who are elected by the association, and they serve a two-year term. The Board has several functions, including the protection of all of the Association’s assets, the Annual Budget, and Covenant Enforcement. The Board also oversees all community committees:

Lakeside Parcel Committee

Sawgrass Parcel Committee

Crossroads Parcel Committee

Harbour Town Parcel Committee

Community Events Committee

Community Garden Committee

We encourage you and your family to become active members in our community. We believe the more input we receive from our members, the greater the probability of implementing creative ideas that benefit the community at large.

The Board meets quarterly, and the general session of the meeting is open to homeowners. All meetings are posted on the REPCA website.

Our On-site Management Office:

Handles much of the day-to-day management of the POA including facility management, vendor management, assessment collection, and violation enforcement.

Please feel free to contact the Management Office or the Board with your questions, concerns, and ideas.
